 Home Inspectors in Michigan
are not required to be licensed. The Mich. Dept. of Labor and Economic Growth recommends that home inspectors be certified, but it's up to the home buyer to make sure.

My inspectons are based on the Nachi Standards of Practice, and I exceed their recommendatons in every catergory.I can provide useful insight on the complete condition of the home.

   I consider it the goal of my profession to educate my clients on the many systems of the house. Any defects we find will be documented and explained in my Summary Report. Any questions or comments from real estate agents or sellers can be directed to me. I stand behind my reports and will assist in any questions of my report.

Requirements
  NACHI's Continuing Education requirements are quite straightforward.  Members must complete 24 hours of continuing education per calendar year, the attendance of which must be verifiable (all member's continuing education accomplishments need to be uploaded to the members-only education log).
