I work from a 12 page check list, that I created myself, a coustomized report that covers every components of a home. Any defects we find will be documented in a Summary Report.
I Inspect the total component. Insulation and Ventilation is a must.
I consider it the goal of my profession to educate my clients on the many systems of the house. Any defects we find will be documented and explained in my Summary Report. Any questions or comments from real estate agents or sellers can be directed to me. I stand behind my reports and will assist in any questions of my report. My inspectons are based on the Nachi Standards of Practice, and I exceed their recommendatons in every catergory.I can provide useful insight on the complete condition of the home
