1. foundations, footings, first floor decking and layout framing
2. second floor, additional framing, roof system

4. Finishings: roof, drywall, cabinets, etc.
5. Walk- thru with owner, final report

Most home inspectors have complicated pricing formulas.
They charge extra for a crawl space or if there are two service panels.
My fees are based on the Square Footage of the home.
Different size homes will have different amenities and styles. I wouldn't expect to find heated floors in a 1200 SqFt ranch or bungalow.
That is why my Fee Schedule is simple. I'll inspect every componant of the home and you won't have to worry over what is covered.
